A Health Care Assistant is available Monday to Friday for blood tests, dressings, ECG/diabetic tests and new patient checks, an appointment is usually necessary. A Practice Nurse is available on Mondays am at Reedham surgery and a Health Care Assistant on Wednesday mornings. Appointments are necessary. If you need to speak to the practice nurse, please leave a message with the receptionist and the nurse will telephone you when she is free to do so.

The Home is a single storey building with places for up to 34 residents and stands in its own grounds. There are single and twin bedded rooms, that allow us to cater for couples or close friends wishing to share. There is easy access for wheelchairs and the building is designed for comfort and convenience. Herondale offers the opportunity for older people throughout Norfolk to take a break away from home, to rest or recuperate following accident or illness, or simply to socialise, renewing old acquaintances or making new friends. It also offers support to those people who care for older relatives or friends by helping them to plan for their own holidays or break. Day Care Services are also available within the Home. Herondale have seperate and private conference room facilities available for hire - additional information Herondale are collecting unwanted mobile phones (battery included please) as well as printer ink cartridges (sorry, not Epson). Please place in an envelope and leave at the collection point, at Reception. Events:- 12th October - Xmas Bingo, Herondale, 7.30pm start and all are welcome. 15th November - Norfolk Day - Herondale (by ticket only). 2nd December - Christmas Tree Fayre, Herondale, 2pm.
