Now available - an after hours posting box, located near the front door of the Library, for books, CDs and DVD returns. Do you know you can Renew your books online or even Request Books online? This service is available via the Norfolk County Council website. Magazines for loan - did you know you can now borrow a range of popular magazines from Acle Library? They are free to borrow and the loan period is one week. Current titles available include Good Housekeeping, Let's Talk, Top Gear, Gardener's World and Country Living. Suggestions for new titles are always welcome. Two for One offers on DVD hire - the "Happy Hour" has changed now to become "Happy Afternoon"!! On Fridays between 2.00 - 7.00 get two for the price of one on all Sound and Vision items. This includes top titles with the cheapest item being free. This does mean though that the Two for One offer is not available on Monday evenings anymore. Yarmouth DVD available at the library - the best selling DVD - Yarmouth in Days Gone By is available to buy at Acle Library for £9.75. Never pay overdue charges again! - You can now arrange to have an email warning a few days before your library books are due back. If you would like to take advantage of this service please call into the library with your card. This service is only available for books and other items that are lent for three weeks or more - not DVDs, music CDs or magazines that have a shorter loan period. Books on Wheels Service:
There is a Books on Wheels Service for people who find it difficult to get to the Library. Books (or spoken word tapes) are delivered to your home by volunteers from WRVS. The service is free. If you are interested, please phone the Library on the number given above. Library Assistance:

Don't be nervous about starting on the internet - book into one of our Internet taster sessions for beginners. These are one off sessions on the following dates: 27th February or 25th March both 10am - 12. These sessions are free but booking is essential 01493 750693; 17th February 10.30 - 11.15 Eat Your Peas - healthy fun story time and activities with a healthy theme for 8s and under. Children must be accompanied.
