Over the New Year, libraries will close at 5pm on December 31st and will re-open as usual after 9am on Wednesday 2nd January. Do you know you can Renew your books online or even Request Books online? This service is available via the Norfolk County Council website. Books on Wheels Service: There is a Books on Wheels Service for people who find it difficult to get to the Library. Books (or spoken word tapes) are delivered to your home by volunteers from WRVS. The service is free. If you are interested, please phone the Library on the number given above. Library Assistance: Acle Library is seeking a volunteer to deliver books in the Acle area. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult Internet taster sessions 20th February & 5th March 2.00pm - 4.00pm An introduction to using the Internet for beginners Love Your Library, Love Yourself Coffee Morning 28th February 10.00 - 1.00pm Drop in for a relaxing cuppa and have a browse through our wide range of books on health and wellbeing Easter Fairy Fair 1st April 10.30am - 11.30am Pop in for some fairy stories, fairy activities and fairy fun for all the family. Fancy dress optional. Children under eight must be accompanied by an adult. May Day Fayre Open with book sales as part of the May Day Fayre - 11.00am - 4.00pm. |
