| 6th | Acle Recreation Centre Hall at 8.00pm - an Evening of Clairvoyance with Medium Sally Taylor. Tickets available from Acle Social Club Bar and Acle Post Office. £6.50 in advance or £7.50 on the door. Ticket price includes tea/coffee and a lucky number draw. Minimum age of 16 applies to this event. Event is to raise money for Acle Rec Club 'Raise the Curtain' fund, which will help to refurbish the main hall. | |
| 7th and 14th | Appointed First Aid for Child Carers - Freethorpe Primary School, Freethorpe Green, Norwich (course over 2 Saturdays). Subsidised course fee of £30 includes the P and K Training Certificate. Call Susan Telford 07847105420. | |
| 19th | Acle Parish Hall coffee morning - raising funds for Zambabwe | |
| 8th | St Edmunds Church - Remembrance Sunday Service organised by Acle Churches Together and the Royal British Legion, 3pm. | |
| 14th | Acle Primary School - Christmas Craft Fair - Acle Recreation Centre, Bridewell Lane, Acle, time TBA - Early chance to buy your Xmas presents. Variety of stalls and Santas Grotto. Refreshments available. | |
| 17th | Acle High School - Invasion Alien Species - talk by Mike Sutton-Croft on what species are threatening our waterways - and how to deal with them safely. Free event. Start time is 7pm. | |
| 26th | Acle Parish Hall coffee morning - raising funds for Playgroup | |
| 27th | Acle Bridge Inn - Irish folk band coracle will be playing at the Bridge Inn from 8pm. This is free entry but we do suggest you reserve a table if you wish to dine. Mulled wine and nibbles will be available throughout the bar area. | |
| 28th | Acle Primary School Bingo night. Eyes down for family fun. Quality xmas hampers as prizes. | |

| 5th | Acle High School - Big Cook In Family Cookery Session 10am to 1pm. Families can come and make Viennese mince pies, truffles and Christmas biscuits. The session is FREE but families taking part will need to buy their own ingredients. Booking is essential as places are limited. | 3rd | Acle Parish Hall coffee morning - raising funds for Acle Flower Club | |
| 6th | Acle Recreation Centre. Doors open at 2.00pm for a 2.30pm start. Games Afternoon for all the family, including Bingo and Club's own version of Deal or No Deal called 'Choose it or Lose it!'. Entry is free. All school age children must be accompanied by an adult. Event is to raise money for Acle Rec Club 'Raise the Curtain' fund, which will help to refurbish the main hall | |

| 10th | Christmas Carols on the Green, The Street, - with Broadland Brass (Acle Churches Together) starting at 7pm. Acle Society will be there also with hot soup to warm you up! | |
| 10th - 13th | St Edmunds Church Christmas Tree Festival - there will be over 25 charities involved who will be given a Christmas tree each to decorate - your vote counts, so please fee free to visit the Church between 10am - 8pm daily and give a contribution to your chosen charity. A real hit with the you and old alike. | |
| 20th | Acle Bridge Inn - Santa Grotto - Santa will arrive between 3pm and 5pm. Childre4n will have lunch party, games and meet Santa and receive a present - tickets are on sale at the pub @ £6/child. |
